McQuade Economic Growth Advisors was created to leverage my knowledge of global market dynamics, experience, and values to guide your economic development organization and community on its journey to prosperity.

Finding talent in most industry sectors is a challenge. Your asset base and story must include real value in areas like sustainability and DE&I. Your location must not only develop product to maintain and recruit companies, but also to attract talent.

At Columbus 2020 and One Columbus, I had the privilege of collaborating with great partners and leading teams to implement one of the most successful regional economic development strategies ever, resulting in a new trajectory for the entire State of Ohio with Intel's $20 billion "Silicon Heartland" campus now under construction. ​
